Cheater

So i cheated on Monday. I went to Applebees with my mother and had pasta. And dessert. Ice cream. Then i felt sick the rest of the week. Hopped back on the keto train right away but still, i don't want to cheat that heavily again. It tasted worth it at first but didn't feel taht way after i was done. So i've been easing back into strict keto. The last couple of days have been a very meaty time. I think that the net time i "cheat" it will be with fruits that i'm missing instead. Like mango. And pears. And peaches. I miss them all so much.

I made Parmesan crusted chicken in the oven tonight (no breading, just seasoning). It tasted so good i can't upload a picture. Sorry. I'll make it again and take a pic before i eat any.
