Still Day 2

It's still Day 2 but i have more to post so here you go. I am finished eating anything for the day and i'm way under my calorie count. But i'm not very far under my car count so my calories will just have to go suck it. I am going to buy a bunch of beef jerky or something tomorrow so i can do a bit better on my protein/calories without going over on carbs. I just have to make sure that i find one without all that sugar companies like to put in them. I am also going to do my best to buy some whey protein. If anyone reading this uses whey protein please give me your recommendations on the best one to buy.

For dinner i had a great meal. Beef stew with steamed asparagus. I know i shouldn't have beans but i was too low on my carb count until i did. I really have to find better ways to get carbs.

I've noticed that a lot of people doing keto love bacon. That's probably an understatement, half the people in r/ketogw are naked except for strategically placed bacon. Since i'm SDA (yes i know most SDA are vegetarian, don't remind me, i'm getting there) i don't eat bacon. Or any pig products. I don't cook with lard. I don't eat any of that crap. I think i shocked someone when i said i don't eat bacon. And when i told him why he flipped his "self righteous atheist" switch. Look people, i have no problem with what you want to eat or what you want to believe (as long as you aren't hurting other people). So don't get all high and might on me ok? Moving off the soapbox, please don't leave me comments telling me to eat bacon or that i can eat all the bacon i want. I don't want any.

I've found some great recipes for keto on r/ketorecipes and in the vegetarian keto subreddit. So maybe my pictures will be more interesting. Night all and eat healthy!

Edit: Did you know gin has no carbs?
